Just got a call from a number I didn’t recognise, but it hung up as soon as my answerphone picked up... quite strange!

Phone rang and I picked up. This guy with a strong Indian accent was talking but I could barely catch a word. When I asked him to say where he was calling from, he just cut me off and hung up.

Beware of this number, it's really risky. Their newest game is staying completely silent when they call, probably trying to get you to call them back. Don't fall for it!

No one I know in Redruth! Got a call from a bloke with a foreign accent, hard to catch what he was saying, something about a discount for insuring household gadgets. I don’t usually bother with insuring that kind of stuff and it all felt a bit dodgy to me. This was actually the third suspicious call I’ve had today, all from different numbers. I thought digital voice tech was meant to block these annoying scam calls by now.
