Got a call saying my amazon prime subscription was going to expire soon and that I needed to call a certain number to sort the payment. But I dont even use amazon prime!

Got a call saying Amazon Prime was going to take £79.99 out of my bank today. The person on the line asked me to press 1 to talk, then tried to fish for my details. When I told them to “get lost, you thief,” despite never having used Amazon Prime, they swore back at me, calling me names I wouldn’t expect from a legit Amazon employee. The voice had an Asian accent too. Sounds like a total scam to me.
