Got a phone call with an automated voice saying there was a £600 overseas credit card payment. It told me to press 1 if I wanted to stop the transaction. Sounded dodgy to me.

for about two weeks now, ive been getting calls from some recorded message sayin Talk Talk is going to disconnect my internet today. they ring me like every couple hours, most days. its really starting to get on my nerves!

Over the last few months, they keep ringing me up quite often. They claim to be from TalkTalk and warn that my internet service might get cut off. I always make sure not to share any personal info since it’s clearly a con. When I press them to give me their name and phone number so I can check with TalkTalk myself, they just hang up. Even though I tell them I’m onto their scam, it doesn’t seem to stop the calls at all.
