This morning (12th Feb) around 8.30, I got a call from a 'Sandra' claiming to be from Microsoft. I wasn’t convinced at all, so ended up hanging up straight away. Funny thing is, I’d had a call from someone similar last Wednesday (7th Feb), same time, but from another number and a completely different location. Definitely feels like a scam to me.
