This bloke called 'Alex' claiming he was from some 'Claims Department'. When I asked which one, he just said it was about a car accident I'd supposedly had in the past two years. Total rubbish, as I haven’t been in any crashes recently. Normally I have a bit of a natter with these callers and tell them how nice it is they rang because I’ve been sitting crying since the accident, just waiting for someone to get in touch... but today, I had to cut it short - my dog was demanding some attention.
