Got a call from someone with a heavy Indian accent saying they were from VISA. They spoke really broken English and asked for my card details and recent spends to ‘verify’ my account. It was obvious they were just reading from a script, cos when I asked stuff outside their script, they couldn’t answer and kept going back to their lines. As soon as I told them I knew it was a con, they just hung up on me.
