It showed up as an 'international' call, but when I checked the specifics, the number was 01208-280-304. Out of curiosity, I tried ringing it, but the number doesn't exist. Clearly, it's a fake number, so blocking it is pointless since they'll just use another made-up number. Seriously, when will BT actually take action on these pesky calls?
