Got a call today on my landline from this number. Some guy claimed to be from Microsoft, saying my computer was hacked. I wasn’t having any of it and told him I’d have someone look into it. Then he told me not to be cheeky! I just hung up. After that, the phone kept ringing non-stop for about thirty minutes, but I ignored it and there was nothing left on the answerphone. Not sure what they’ll try next!

Got a call from a bloke claiming to be with BT, saying I’d paid £200 extra on my bill. He wanted me to give him my personal info, but I told him just sort it out by crediting my account and then I ended the call straight away.
