We keep getting calls from Mexco Tool Company trying to push their tools on us. Their sales rep actually came round to our office about 18 months ago, and we made it clear his prices were way too high and we couldn’t sell them. Despite our manager saying we’re not interested, the guy just won’t leave it. Whenever our team mentions that if the manager wanted to go ahead, he’d be in touch, the rep gets a bit overbearing, acting like we’re wasting his time and claiming our manager is keen. He even says he’ll email again and call back. It’s getting pretty annoying!
