I picked up the call, but to my surprise, there was absolutely nobody on the line.

I received a rather dubious call from what seemed to be a Bodmin number, claiming to be from O2. The chap on the other end boldly assured me that he could slash my current phone bill by a whopping 40 per cent! Quite suspicious, if you ask me!
