I reckon it might be a scam, chose not to answer the call.

It's quite evident this is a dodgy call. The person on the other end purported to be from EE and was trying to entice me with a 40% reduction on my plan. However, the catch is, I don't even have an account with EE! To top it off, they called me by a completely incorrect name. How absurd!
