6th Dec 2023.. Bodmin? I only ever hear about the moor there. Whenever I get calls from unknown numbers, I make sure to check them out first. In the end, I just block and report them. Pretty sure this was one of those scam calls.

I recently encountered a dodgy character who called me claiming to be from O2, trying to fish for my security code. It seems like he was after my account details, likely with some nefarious intentions. Beware, folks! The so-called discount he touted was nothing more than a ruse!

Got another call from a Bodmin number today, I think it's the sixth one now - all different digits but same Bodmin area code. Didn't pick up, sure it's just another scam.

Got a call from someone with a foreign accent saying it was O2, which is my provider. I was a bit suspicious so didn’t really buy it and he just hung up quickly. When I looked up the number it showed up as Stanley’s Security, so I reckon it’s just a scammer pretending to be them.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from EE, saying they could help reduce my phone bill since I’ve always paid on time. When she asked about my last bill amount, I told her I wasn’t sure and asked her to remind me, and then she just ended the call. Felt a bit fishy to me.
