I had an unsettling experience with a caller who claimed to be reaching out on behalf of my mobile provider. However, there was a glaring issue as he insisted he was representing O2, which is strange since I’m not even their customer! To top it off, he was downright abrasive and overly insistent. It left me rather uncomfortable, to say the least.
