Got a call from someone claiming to be EE, saying they could slash my bill by 40%. They wanted my billing info, but I wasn’t having any of it so asked them to prove they were actually EE. The person said they couldn’t see any of my details, which was suspicious. I kept pressing them and then the line just got cut off. Seemed like it was coming from some Indian call centre.
