They claimed to be from my bank's security, but it felt like a total scam.

01208 247178 I picked up since I thought it might be someone from Bodmin, Cos I used to know people in Cornwall. The bloke said something like “Hello...hello...do you hear me?” then just cut the call. After seeing other comments here, I’m pretty sure it’s a scam number. Sorted and blocked it now.

Definitely a scam. They said they were from Virgin Mobile/Media but I called Virgin Mobile and this number wasn’t on their list at all. Totally dodgy!

I received a call from this number which appeared to be linked to a potential scam, so I decided it wasn’t worth my time to pick up. I just let the phone keep ringing and promptly blocked the number afterwards.
