Got a call from someone saying they were from 118, asking for a business I'd never even come across. Told them straight away to remove all our info as per GDPR rules.

There was about 6 seconds of silence and then a robotic voice just said "Goodbye". I looked it up here and decided to block the number straight away.

Loads of calls from this number lately, but every time I pick up, they just end the call. Today, I finally got proof it’s a call centre. They started off saying “you recently bought a domain name…” which isn’t even true. I told them no thanks and pointed out it’s a GDPR violation, and they cut off straight away. I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number now.

This number pops up daily and is linked to Bodmin. Whenever I answer, it’s just silent, nothing said. I’d suggest steering clear if you spot it. Also, I’ve found using the Truecaller app really helps since it blocks the call so your phone doesn’t even ring.

I just hung up ‘cause I’ve never heard of Bodmin and didn’t wanna talk to some random stranger. Blocked the number straight away.

I picked up the phone but after a bit of static in the background, the call ended abruptly. Could be a wrong number or maybe the beginning of annoying spam calls.

It's just another one of those robotic calls again. Honestly, I reckon it's about time that Ofcom, ICO, and the solicitors regulatory body started cracking down on the companies that make this dodgy software, as well as the phone providers letting these scammers pretending to be claims companies or legal folks get away with it.

meiner meinung nach ist herr von redecke einer dieser berater, die wirklich wissen, was im markt los ist. er hat sehr gute verbindungen und kennt sich auch bei komplizierten themen richtig gut aus. was ich besonders schätze, ist seine zurückhaltende art und dass man sich immer auf ihn verlassen kann. ich würde ihn auf jeden fall weiterempfehlen, ohne zu zögern!

Got a call from some bloke saying I’d been in a car crash. When I asked for more info so I could report it to the cops, he just hung up on me.
