Got a ring from this number claiming to be from Domestic & General about renewing my washing machine insurance. They made it sound brilliant - pay the fee and they’ll sort any repairs or even replace your machine with a new similar one within a day. They told me my cover supposedly ended in March but they'd extended it three months because of Covid. Then they tried to sell me a deal for £8.99 monthly or £99.99 for a whole year. But as soon as I told them I never had washing machine insurance, they just ended the call.
