If this was incorrect, they instructed me to press 1 to get in touch with a representative. So, naturally, I pressed 1, only to state clearly that there was no such agreement in place and I had no intention of authorising any payment. I also insisted that they remove my details from their records. Strangely enough, just as I was finishing my request, the call was cut off quite suddenly.
