Got a recorded message from someone saying they was Nicole from BT tech support. It was one of them automated calls, with a very generic British lady voice. She said our internet was about to be disconnected right away and then gave a bunch of options like “press 1 to speak to…” and so on. This happened around the afternoon, UK time.
