A strange thing happened where my Visa card got charged £900, or at least that’s what some recorded voice said. I tried speaking to a young woman on the line, but she couldn’t confirm any details and just hung up on me. What’s even weirder is that the number calling me was from my local area - I’ve lived here ages and had no clue that ‘Visa Security’ would be based nearby. Maybe I should try applying for a job with them? Then again, now I’m thinking it might be a scam, bloody hell, what a shocker.
