Got a call from a number linked to one of those Authorised Push Payment scams, supposedly from Sky internet. Thought I was clever enough to spot a con, but they managed to hoodwink me. Then, loads more calls kept coming in from different numbers, like 15 or so, nonstop, which made it nearly impossible to get through to my bank to cancel payments. It was like being bombarded to mess with my head. Ended up losing about £2,000 from my account. Seriously, don’t pick up if this number pops up.

I got a call from a bloke speaking really quickly with a strong accent, saying there was suspicious activity on my PC and someone was trying to steal my data. I cut him off straight away and told him I wasn’t interested, then hung up. But he phoned me back right away from another number (01207509015). This time he started to push harder, and when I said it sounded like a scam, he warned me not to hang up or they’d have to lock my computer down. Definitely sounded dodgy to me.

This guy called me claiming he was with Microsoft, saying there was an issue with my computer. I told him straight up I don’t even own a computer, and the list he’s using must be ancient. Then he asked if maybe I had a phone or tablet - I said no. After that, he just told me to "f*** off" and hung up. The bloke sounded like he wasn’t from around here either. Quite a cheeky call if you ask me!
