This number supposedly belongs to a landline in Consett, Durham, but that's not the case. I've had a bunch of calls from slightly different versions of this number - they ring once or twice before hanging up. Seems like they're hoping you'll ring back and get stung with a big bill. I called back once from my office and ended up speaking with someone called Ali at a call centre trying to sell some dodgy IT stuff. I've reported the whole thing to Ofcom now.
