Quite risky stuff. Someone pretending to be from Royal Mail got in touch, saying I had a parcel that needed a fee paid before delivery. They even "confirmed" my email address by reading it out to me, which I never gave them just now. Afterwards, I got an email supposedly from Royal Mail but the sender's address was suspicious - something like info@deliverygbofficel###. When I tried to check the tracking number they gave me on Royal Mail’s official website, it turned out to be completely invalid. Definitely a scam alert.
