I've had these chaps ringing me about my loft insulation possibly falling apart, which is at least the third or fourth time they've bothered me now. I've made it clear I'm on the Telephone Preference Service list, and I've warned them that if they disturb me again, I'll be lodging a complaint with Ofcom. Enough is enough!

A young lady introduces herself as 'Charlotte, your neighbourhood energy consultant...' It seems they're attempting to peddle energy contracts, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's a bit dodgy or a scam of some kind.

I’ve been informed that my fibreglass loft insulation is now considered subpar and requires replacement. I clearly expressed my disinterest in pursuing that option.
