Loads of people have mentioned this already but this phone number is linked to 21a Plymouth Road, Barnt Green, Birmingham, B45 8JF. It's apparently registered to a Stuart Wright. So at least we can guess where this dodgy caller is based. No surprise he’s got a pretty roomy house if he’s been pulling scams on folks like this!
