I told him I wasn’t comfortable answering until he gave me more details. He started threatening legal action, even giving me a court reference number, but when I asked which court it was from, he couldn’t say. I threw some bogus legal terms his way about it being all sorted and he just hung up. Seemed like a smart, convincing bloke, but when I said I suspected it was a scam to fish for info, he got really nasty and rude.
