2 yearsI got a call from Euro Advisory Board the other day - anyone knows if it's linked to timeshares or something? Sounded a bit off to me.Euro Advisory Board2 yearsSo, I answered this phone call and the bloke was asking if I was eligible for some kind of tree planting programme with a £1500 voucher. I told him I wasn’t comfortable answering until he gave me more details. He kept pushing the same questions at me, then just ended the call.2 yearsI mentioned to him that I'd already sold my timeshare, but he insisted the proper documents hadn’t been done and that Hilton, who apparently bought Diamond Resorts, were going after ex-owners now. He started threatening legal action, even giving me a court reference number, but when I asked which court it was from, he couldn’t say. I threw some bogus legal terms his way about it being all sorted and he just hung up. Seemed like a smart, convincing bloke, but when I said I suspected it was a scam to fish for info, he got really nasty and rude. Personally, I reckon this is a complete scam.HiltonDiamond Resorts2 yearsJust got a call about some dodgy timeshare scheme.
