Just received a follow-up from Towergate regarding my insurance quote.

these lot are terrible at what they do. i checked my own bill, it was £286.09, and towergate charged me £612.55! what’s worse, when i told them the quote i already had, they just ignored me and never replied. total money-hungry crooks. if you don’t dig deep yourself, you’ll end up paying way too much to these grabby people. avoid them if you can.
