If you’re on the TPS, make sure you report any live spam calls to the ICO. For those annoying silent or dropped calls, you should be letting OFCOM know through their website. These spammy callers don’t mind a rant on forums, but they do get worried when official complaints come in, and it only takes a couple of minutes to do. Also, seriously, if you haven’t signed up to the TPS yet, you’re just making it easier for them. Don’t expect your phone provider to help much either, they profit from selling caller ID services and charging for call blocking.

My number’s on the TPS, so I don’t get why they keep calling. I’ve got no links to anyone near Colchester with that 01206 code. I just ignore their calls. You’d think they’d get the message by now!
