Got a robo call about an RBS transaction and wasn't sure if it was legit, so I rang the number on the back of my card to double check. It was genuine. If you're ever unsure, just ring the customer service number on your card to be safe.

Some bloke called saying he was from O2 with deals that sounded way too good to be real. When I suggested it might be a dodgy scam, he got proper shirty with me.
