So, get this - apparently I supposedly signed up for a 3-year boiler insurance thing two years back, but I never handed over any money upfront. Because I haven't made any claims, apparently I've earned some fantastic discount for the upcoming year. Sounds like complete rubbish to me. When I asked for more details, the person on the phone got a bit irritated and I just ended the call. This was like 8:45 at night, no way am I falling for that.

They said they were from some finance firm and claimed I owed money. They even had my old debit card info.
