They called me again today, saying it was just their second attempt and a follow-up from 4.21 PM on the 23rd because I supposedly "didn't pick up". We ended up having a bit of a polite debate over whether it was the second or third call, and I’ve told them to take me off their list. But here’s where their AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE kicks in - apparently, they’ll only do that if they believe the person (me, in this case) isn’t lying. My advice? Don’t bother answering. It’s always some spiel about “life insurance” or whatever other dodgy offer they insist isn’t a scam! The caller sounded like a bloke.
