Got a really unpleasant call from someone who was super rude and really arrogant. When I asked a few questions, he told me to quit quizzing him. The caller said the company was called A and B or something like that. Tried to find a way to get in touch with them to make a complaint, but there’s no contact info anywhere. Very frustrating.

I received a downright offensive phone call from a rather pompous individual who wouldn’t share any information. He claimed he was calling about an accident, yet when I probed for more details, he became quite irate and insisted I stop asking questions. After three minutes of his tirade, I decided to call the number back, only to discover it's linked to A and B claims. It's shocking that there's no proper way to lodge a complaint about this. I can only imagine how overwhelming and distressing this could be for someone who isn't as alert as I am.
