I received a call from a firm claiming to be ‘Intex’. They reached out with some dubious claim about my having been involved in an accident over the past three years. I immediately sensed something wasn’t right and called them out as scammers, as there's no way they could possess any such details about me (it's complete nonsense). When I inquired about their source of this information, the chap informed me, “it’s from our database”. Naturally, I pressed him for their office address, only to be met with, “I can’t disclose that information”. It’s quite evident they’re merely trying to reel in unsuspecting folks, and they’re definitely treading on illegal ground.
