I got a call from this number. The person on the other end told me it would cost around £4000 to change our solar panel inverter. Then, they asked if anyone had Power of Attorney, probably because we're quite old, in our eighties. They hung up pretty quickly which was quite unexpected. Later on, we found out that the inverter was actually broken. We ended up going with a trustworthy firm who did the replacement for under £1000.

We can’t help but think they caused the damage on purpose. In the end, a trustworthy company sorted it out for under £1000.
