Seems like this number is linked to some Talk Talk scammers working out of a busy call centre with loads of background noise. Before this call, I sometimes get a call from an 'out of area' number which I just ignore completely. I never pick up those unknown area codes. Best to keep your caller ID fresh and updated. If you don’t know the number, just let it ring through to voicemail. Real people usually leave a message anyway. Doing this has helped me avoid heaps of hassle.

Fraud alert!
Got a call from this number too - they wanted me to hit the windows key plus r and then enter www.teamviewer.com. I said I’d get in touch with TalkTalk directly and they just cut me off. Tried calling the number back, but no reply. I also checked with TalkTalk and they confirmed it’s not their line. Definitely another dodgy scam, watch out everyone!

I keep getting calls on Saturday mornings from someone pretending to be Talk Talk, but it’s clearly a scam. When I asked who they were, they just hung up on me. Proper annoying!

Got a call on Saturday morning from someone claiming to be with TalkTalk saying my internet was acting weird and asked me to turn on my computer. I kept saying no and then they just ended the call.
