The chat came to an abrupt halt, as I didn’t wish to squander any more of my time.

I've come across a rather dubious operation masquerading as a survey company that seems to be dodging the TPS regulations. It’s alarming how they target vulnerable elderly individuals, luring them in with the promise of a 'gift', and then launching into high-pressure sales tactics. It's quite shocking to see them attempting to offload a £50 vacuum cleaner for a whopping price tag exceeding £1000! This outfit appears to be linked to a firm based in Kent, known as Vortech Force, or perhaps Storm Management, led by a chap named Stuart Tucker. Seems a bit shifty, so I'd advise everyone to be on their guard!

She inquired about whether we had carpets or laminate flooring, what our age range was, whether we smoked, what our occupations were, our current work situation, and if we owned our property. It all seemed rather straightforward, but I can’t quite recall who she was representing. It didn’t feel like a typical call centre, as there wasn’t any background noise - just her voice. It struck me as reminiscent of the automated voice on the Tendring District Council payment helpline in North Essex, which might explain the phone number she was using.
