Could hear a bunch of chatter in the background like it was a call centre, probably somewhere in India. She asked me to verify my date of birth to process the refund. I told her I pay through direct debit and they could just send the money straight back that way - then they hung up on me. Totally feels like a scam!2 yearsTotal scam alert!
