I’ve been getting loads of spam calls this week from people claiming my internet with TalkTalk is about to be disconnected - absolute joke as I haven’t used TalkTalk in ages! Complete waste of time.

I've been getting calls from this number and a few others starting with 01206. Thankfully, my BT8500 phone blocks them, so they never manage to get through. Really pleased with that, cause I hardly ever get spam calls. I reckon the fault lies a bit with the firms handing out these numbers, probably to folks without proper addresses, making it impossible to track them down.

Didn’t have a clue who was calling from this number, so I just let it keep ringing. Suddenly, a lady’s voice came on asking me to leave a message. Then, like a few seconds after, the same voice thanked me for ringing. Thing is, I never even grabbed the phone at all. So I’ve just blocked the number now.

Got a call from this number on 30th May around 5:57pm and the person just kept silent the whole time.
