I received a random call from someone with a thick foreign accent, and to be honest, I couldn't quite grasp what he was on about. It felt like I was connected to a bustling call centre in the background, with all sorts of chatter going on. Very confusing!

they keep ringing from advantage market research or something like that. it’s been at least two calls every day for about three weeks now. every time they want to speak to my husband by name. i told them he passed away last year but that didn’t stop the calls. just last night and again this morning they phoned and there was nothing but silence when i answered. so i just left them hanging on the line while i got on with other stuff until they finally gave up.
