I got a call from someone claiming to be from BT's call blocking team, asking if I was still getting annoying calls. They said they’re working hard to fix the issue but need a bit more time. Then they started reading out my personal info, all spot on. They asked me for my debit card details, saying it was necessary for the service and I had to have my card ready. When I asked which company they were with, the line went dead. The person had an accent but spoke clear English and sounded legit, but as soon as they wanted my card info, I got suspicious. Definitely a scam!
