This number showed up on my phone but I didn’t answer it. It got marked as a possible scam or spam, which made me more wary.

Got a call from a firm called Universal Eco Homes, based in the UK. They rang me out of the blue, saying they’d already done some work on my loft. Next thing, they want to come round and “inspect” it. During the inspection, their moisture meter supposedly shows there’s a major problem needing expensive repairs, costing thousands of pounds. Honestly, it’s just a load of rubbish to get your money.
