I found out this number used to belong to an accounting firm named RA Scott Wheeler & Co based in Colchester. That office closed down back in 2021, so it’s possible the number got given out to someone else or maybe it’s been taken over by someone dodgy. They didn’t leave a voicemail or anything, so I’m thinking it probably wasn’t anything urgent, maybe just another scam call.
