My Dad got a call from this number saying it was some kind of debt collector. They told him he’d agreed to a five year deal for some home appliance and hadn’t paid up. This really upset him since he’s just come out of hospital and is now receiving end of life care. When he tried to explain this to them, they just hung up. I looked over his bank statements and payments and told him straight away it was a scam.

Got a call claiming they were from some Home Care insurance I was meant to have started back in 2013. I’ve honestly no idea who they were or what they were on about. Sounds like a total scam to me.
