I got a call at my home phone here in Guildford, Surrey from 01206-250785, which is a Colchester area code but I reckon it might be a cloned number. A woman with an Asian or American accent said, "Hi, Amy Wilson from BT maintenance here, how’s your internet doing?" When I told her everything was fine she just ended the call. Sounds like a definite scam to me since BT wouldn't normally ring private folks like that. Proper annoying and feels like harassment.
