I got a call from someone claiming to be BT, trying to "check" on my internet and asking if I’d shared my Wi-Fi password with anyone. When I told them I’d rather call BT myself to check, they just hung up on me. Sounds like a shady scam to me. Best to just ignore and not pick up.
