I got a call from Gillian at Care UK who said she was on speakerphone for the complaints and compliments team, but I reckon she wasn't telling the truth. I know there are clear rules about using speakerphone and recording calls under UK GDPR 2018 and the DUA 2025, so that didn’t sit right with me. Plus, when I reached out to recruitment, they gave me the wrong info, telling me it was IT Security handling it when actually it’s the DPO in charge. Quite confusing, honestly!
