Got a call today threatening disconnection from TalkTalk. Don’t press 1 or 2 when they ask, just let the call drop on its own or hang up straight away. After about 15 seconds, the robot finishes anyway. Make sure to put the phone down properly using the red button to end the call. If you press those options, they’ll add some weird extra charges to your next phone bill. So just be careful and don’t press anything!
