I had a call from an individual with an Indian accent who claimed to be representing Virgin and insisted he could enhance my broadband speed. He rang me three times in total. When I questioned his authenticity, he mentioned some CLSID number. After doing a quick search, I stumbled upon information regarding scams linked to that. Upon me raising this concern, he promptly ended the call.
