Got a call earlier and I checked the number using 1471. The caller claimed to be from HMRC, saying there’s some legal action against me. They asked me to ring another number for info, repeating it twice, but just as I tried to note it down, the line cut off. The number started with 0852, which didn’t match what 1471 showed me. Not sure if it’s a scam or anything harmful but it’s really frustrating getting calls like this. Planning to report it to the ICO as well.
