I had a right peculiar experience with this number claiming to be from Amazon. They said they were about to deduct £39.99 from my account for Amazon Prime. I had to remind them that I’d already forked out £79 for that very subscription back on 16 November 2019. It struck me as odd, so I decided to end the call. Is this number even genuine? I attempted to call them back, but the line was completely silent.
